Refund Policy

At Zusamen Consultants, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to make our refund process as fair and transparent as possible. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking a consultation slot with our consultants.

Cancellation by the Student:

Cancellation within 24 hours: If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled consultation slot, you are entitled to a full refund.

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your booking details. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Consultant Unavailability:

In the rare event that a consultant becomes unavailable for your booked slot due to unforeseen circumstances, we will either reschedule your consultation at no additional cost or provide you with a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Refund Processing Time:

Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Delays may occur depending on your financial institution.

Exceptions:

Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from attending your scheduled consultation, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a refund or reschedule.

No-show: Failure to attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Changes to the Refund Policy:

Zusamen Consultants reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
